The 2008 U.S. Open Golf Championship Preview

We're talking golf here at Kabob Evans headquarters. I know what you're thinking: Who cares about golf? But this is a major championship we're talking about, and there are so many subplots. Like will Tiger be able to win the major coming off of knee surgery and basically no practice? Or will the pairings of the top players in the world make for dramatic television? Speaking of which, I don't understand why it has taken the heads of golf so long to put the top players together when that's the only players the average fan, like myself, actually know or care about. Although, this is coming from a sport that still doesn't allow women into Augusta National. Actually, women shouldn't be allowed to play sports; just look at the WNBA. Anyways, who am I kidding, I'm not going to watch any of this, except for maybe the final round and that's only if either Tiger or Trevor Immelman are in the hunt. I care about Immelman AND his wife because they're South African, and people from that country are cool (ex. Dave Matthews). Boy would I like to putt on the green of Carmenita Immelman. But anyways, for those of you who do care, coverage of the U.S. Open starts tomorrow at 1:00p.m. EDT on ESPN.
